Dr. Kreditor was the first oncologist who cared enough to find the cause of my anemia. My other oncologist would've kept me on iron treatments for the rest of my life. I appreciate how blunt he is and I no longer need iron treatments.

The front desk receptionist was a little rude and brash but the doctor himself was very thorough, caring and professional. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Kreditor was friendly, and very efficient. He listened to my symptoms and offered his thoughts on a possible diagnosis.

Elba is the best. I have tiny veins and she is able to rather painlessly treat me. I don't know of a better phlebotomist.
Verified patient
Wonderful professionalism and care. Hours won't work for me, however. It is rare I can make an appointment before 4pm.
Verified patient

It is an oncologist's office. Sometimes you have to wait as the precious patient may take longer than expected.
The doctor listens, explains thoroughly the problem, treatment requires, provides options of treatment as well.
I'm glad I chose to go to Dr. Kreditor, he was respectful, efficient and I never felt as if he was in a rush.

Told the dr. My families cancer history. Was asking questions like he was trying to mix me up, as if he did not believe what I was telling him. He must know my family from his past. I asked him for a script for a body scan. He said NO! Asked why , did not respond. He did say that he thought that I was trying to live longer. I said, you must have been at the top of your class. Did a simple pci test. He did not seem to care Bout me as a patient with health first Medicaid , from the south Bronx . Never returned a pair of glasses I left behind by accident. I liked his name maxim.

Was trying to explain my situation to the doctor, when he just cut me off while I was speaking. He started asking me a lot of questions, I can tell he had no interest in hearing me out , he was more concerned about filling out his paper work and forms.I would not recommend this doctor because his bedside manner is not good. I also had trouble understanding what the receptionist was saying, because she couldnt speak proper english. The only good thing that I can say is that the wait was not long at all, the doctor seen me pretty quickly after I had came in.
Verified patient
The doctor was so helpful and the facility was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I will be going back for my follow up.
Verified patient
I have complete and absolute trust in Dr Kreditor, which I might add is highly unusual for me. I travel an hour from the city to see him!
Verified patient
The wait time was really long - but thought the doctor was knowledgable. He could've been a bit more thorough in his explanations.
Dr. Creditor has what you look for in a doctor, he's very polite, informative and has a sense of humor which made me feel comfortable during y consultation and happy to make an appointment in the future.
Verified patient
Dr. Kreditor suggested my symptoms were due to something that I knew was not the case. He was also somewhat rude and dismissive. Wait time was short but overall would recommend someone else.
Do NOT see this doctor. Instead of bruising like normal, I have been getting extremely large, hard as rock, red lumps at the site of injury--to the point where the entire area around the lump would swell and I'd have to ice the "bruise" because of pain and swelling. I went to my primary care doctor and he ran blood tests. One of the tests indicated I had a slight clotting abnormality so he wanted me to see Dr. Kreditor. Dr. Kreditor basically told me the blood work shows I have no blood disease / disorder and the solution to my problem was to "take more of your adderall so you pay better attention and stop running into things" (I take adderall for ADD, as my medical history indicates)
Great staff, very polite and very "nice" doctor. But not a good doctor - was flippant and casual, not at all proactive about testing or resolving anemia issues. Didn't seem interested in figuring out what might/could be wrong. Had to push repeatedly to test for things...good thing too as some of MY suggestions led to discovery of some issues. Doctor should be doing that part not the patient. Iron IV treatment was as much service and insight as could be offered here - iron was low, I was hooked up to an IV, not really rocket science - quick fix. Im going to to see a proper Hematologist to actually treat/explore/cure the cause of my anemia.

I didn't like my blood spaying on me and on the floor.. I went to look for a specialist that could see me and monitor me.. He was not it
Verified patient
Dr. Maxim Kreditor was quick and to the point...not to mention funny :) I went in for a hematology consultation and he explained everything easily and professionally.
Verified patient
My experience with Dr. Kreditor Great! He was super efficient and very helpful, he explained all exams he would be conducting and promptly called me back with my results, followed by an email of my results for my own records.
Verified patient
Amazing. Literally my favorite doctor out of all the doctors I've ever been to in my life. Also amazing at taking blood and doesn't send you to some unexperienced nurse that has to stab your arm 50 times. Would recommend to anyone.
Verified patient
The secretary was rude and could not make an appointment. Thanks to zocdoc, i ended up making the appointment via zocdoc. Otherwise i wouldnt be able to go to the doctor. The secretary was incapable of accomodating the patients. She speaks with a heavy accent which makes the communication harder and hard to understand her. The doctor needs a new secretary who speaks English clearly and nice.

He seemed really distracted and was on his phone while I was telling him about my medical history, which included a recent stillbirth. He finally looked up and asked, "So when was this abortion?" I gave him a confused look and said, "It was a stillbirth at 38 weeks, I don't think I'd use the word 'abortion'!" His reply? "Oh 38 weeks, that sucks!" At the end of the appointment, I thought his medical advice was sound (he talked me out of taking unnecessary blood tests). I think he's well-meaning and smart, just sort of socially illiterate. Really poor bedside manner.

Great team, was acknowledged and seen promptly.
Verified patient
I felt like he has little knowledge about the field of medicine he is practicing in. Also, during the visit he was not concentrated on me, the patient. He picked up a few calls during the visit and I was waiting there pointlessly.
Verified patient
The doctor made me feel comfortable ! Explained to me why I was there! Explained to me all my concerns in less then 15 min ! I can only visit a doctor in under 30 min and was I'm happy I came here ! Thanks
Verified patient
The staff was nice and Dr. Kreditor was professional and friendly. It was a quick visit and if felt like my concerns were addressed.
The front desk receptionist wasn't very friendly, but Dr. Kreditor was. The office seems a little outdated, but the care given was not.
Great doctor!!!!!!!!!! He's a very nice and patient, He took the time to explain my situation to me clear to where I didn't have to ask him to explain. The office is very decent and the staff was professional.

Excellent. Caring, well informed, helpful.
Verified patient
He seemed a little rushed but took time to answer my questions. Polite, knowledgeable, and although it took some time to get the correct paperwork from my referring doctor, it was handled smoothly by the doctor and his staff and it was overall a fine experience.

I have a blood disorder where I have to be on blood thinners. I came in for my yearly checkup, but I monitor my blood at a clinic. The entire visit lasted maybe 15 minutes and no blood was taken/checked. He asked me why I was there, and I asked him about advancements with my disorder and possible alternatives to my medication (which causes problems in my daily life and is a conversation I've had with other hematologists.) He said there is no alternative, told me how people with my disorder die, and then asked if there was anything else I needed... then walked out. Needless to say, I now have random bleeding and will go to another doctor (who listens and seems to care) to manage it.
very good!
Verified patient
I thought he was an amazing doctor! Extremely well educated, sweet and awesome eye candy! He took his time explained everything and had the best bed side manner I've been around ever! Highly recommend him on every level!
Verified patient
very knowledgable and personable.
