Everyone was very friendly, my appointment was at 11:15, I arrived at 11:05 and wasn't seen until 12:05. Unfortunately I overheard they were short staffed. However, Billow was very kind and caring. My visit with her was no more than 10 minutes. All is good and she made me feel welcomed.

Dr. Billow was wonderful she spent a lot of time with me explained everything in detail she even drew a picture for me. We went over my options for treatment and I really felt like I was part of the decision. She's very very nice and personable and I never felt rushed. I'd absolutely recommend her to anybody that's looking for new OB!
