From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and welcomed. It was my first visit with NP Burkett, and I am so glad I chose to start my medical journey with her, having moved back up to the Central Coast two years ago. I did not feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and we talked about solutions and a game plan to make sure I stay healthy and well.

Megan was so friendly and wonderful. There was a slight scheduling mixup and I was worried I would have to come back another day. The office staff were so apologetic and quick to make things right that I only ended up waiting 5-10 minutes past my scheduled time. Megan took more than enough time to get to know my history, concerns and needs. She is everything a medical professional should be, but sadly is not the norm. Actually looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks for a follow-up.
