My appointment was great, but I was disappointed that I completely all my forms on Zocdoc and Doctors office had no completed forms. I even had to redo all the forms. On Zocdoc I even took pictures of my license and health care cards. WHERE DID MY INFORMATON GO!!

Really great experience overall! The office and rooms are cute and clean. NP Lajoy was great for my annual check up. Listened to various concerns and very clearly explained next steps of care. Friendly, prompt, but didn't feel like she was running out the door to the next patient.

Bc of my previous, initial appointment I was apprehensive about returning here for another wellness exam. Well, Megan was a breath of fresh air. She actually “saw” me and did not pass me off to an understudy. She listened to me and acted like she actually cared about my well-being, which I am so thankful for. Even the front desk person was polite and engaging. No wait-time, whatsoever!

Megan has been awesome. She listens, gives feedback, and is both kind and professional. I was not happy with my previous provider and ended up booking Megan when the front desk randomly suggested her for my appointment.
Also on my last visit, there was a NP in training under Megan. I have to say that both of them asked about ANY issues I was having....like an honest open question. I was shocked. The previous provider chose to only focus on one issue at a time, and that sometimes did not require her full attention. At a certain age, this becomes important. I'm not a hypochondriac, but sometimes I have other related/unrelated medical needs that I would like advice, medication, or care to address. I rarely visit the doctor, but my next visit will be with Megan.

Dr. Lajoy is a wonderful doctor who really listens and wants to help. I've seen her multiple times now and she's very kind and also is very willing to use preferred names and pronouns and will put them in the system! I've never been called anything but my preferred name there.

This appointment was scheculed as a telehealth video appointment. I have been to see this provider in person and only needed a brief follow-up so it was nice to have options! I love the clinic and staff, and here's what made my day: before my appointment began, the receptionist called me and said that my blood work actually looked fine and that the provider didn't want to charge me for an unnecessary visit! So we decided to cancel today, and I can schedule more labs later this year to check up on things. Thanks, Megan!

I love this clinic! I have been seen by 4-5 different doctors here (by my choice due to scheduling convenience). They have all been amazing! I now live in Salem and still am willing to make the 45 minute drive up. Highly recommend this clinic.

I love the doctors at this office. They take the time to listen, discuss with you and honestly seem to want to help which is much more than I can say for any other doctors I've been to. I have a lot of anxiety about medical stuff and they thoroughly communicate, listen and walk me through every step.
