One of the most pleasant medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of seeing, especially given how difficult the issues she specializes in are to speak openly about in the first place. I actually had to Google the distinction between an NP and a doctor before booking an appointment and was glad I did - the articles I read said seeing an NP is often better since that person has a wealth of specialized experience in the field you typically see them for, and they were absolutely right. Ms. Menster was more knowledgeable than most doctors I've seen historically, and without a doubt much easier to talk to.
I went from dreading having to see someone about these sensitive issues to feeling a huge sense of relief at the comfort with which I could candidly discuss what I was experiencing. After a thorough Q&A, she accurately diagnosed what was causing me problems, which was something much different than I'd originally assumed. I was feeling better the very next week with the treatment she recommended.
I know that there's a tendency for people to self diagnose through internet research when it comes to urological issues since it's so difficult to talk about, but do yourself a favor and see a professional. If you're in that situation and are nervous about who to pick, browsing zocdoc like I was, you cannot go wrong with Ms. Menster. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Megan Menster, NP, was fantastic. I was nervous about the visit, the problem, and what the exam and diagnosis would be like. NP Menster instantly put me at ease; introducing herself with a professional history and explanation of urology. She listened at length to my symptoms and all that I had been through up to that point. She then fully explained her opinion as to what was going on, and what the physical exam would entail. After she made her diagnosis, she again explained everything in clear detail and answered all my questions.
Megan Menster’s professionalism, bedside manner, and knowledge are the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone with urology issues.
