I'm typically afraid of many doctors...many don't seem to really listen, and it's difficult to know who to trust (aka if they're just trying to get more money out of you). Dr. Waters is not like that, at all. She's open, welcoming, and makes sure that she understands your pain. I trust her 100%.

Dr. Waters’ focuses on low force chiropractic manipulation that aligns your spine gently and effectively. No cracks, pops, or snaps will be elicited during the adjustment. Her goal is to balance your spine without any harsh or sudden forces entering the body. For this reason, this type of adjusting is ideal for those patients new or sensitive to spinal manipulation. Children generally feel safe and at ease as well. We see patients from a few months old to those in their 90s.
Gentle Hands Chiropractic is located within a multidisciplinary clinic that includes a massage therapist, licensed dietician, and a naturopathic physician. Referrals, if necessary, are fast and painless!
Booking a new patient appointment is fast and convenient with our online scheduling system that can be accessed at any time through zocdoc.com and gentlehandschiropractic.com. Same day and next day appointments are generally available. Evening hours are available on Mondays and Thursdays until 7pm or 9pm.
In addition to chiropractic adjusting, Dr. Waters’ uses therapeutic ultrasound and low level laser to decrease pain and increase recovery. Low level laser is cutting edge technology that allows your body to decrease inflammation, and increase cellular reproduction so your body heals quicker and more efficiently.
Dr. Waters’ is a member of the Oregon Chiropractic Association and is certified in the Activator Method Chiropractic technique since 2013. Her mission is to provide gentle adjusting to those patients who want pain relief without forceful adjusting.
