I wish I had read the google reviews on this doctor before making an appointment. Many of them matched my experience. First and foremost, I felt incredibly uncomfortable the moment the doctor walked through the door. He was irritable the entire time and seemed impatient when I asked questions to try and gain a better understanding of what he was explaining to me. He made me feel like what I was experiencing was entirely my fault, and I left the appointment feeling bad about myself and unsettled for the next couple of days. That’s not how you’re supposed to feel after leaving a doctor’s appointment .
Secondly- although the office takes my insurance, they made me pay a steep fee before I stepped foot into the office to see the doctor. They told me I had not yet met my deductible (which actually turns out not to be true). But also, other doctor offices I’ve been to bill the insurance first, and then send you a bill for the remainder of what you owe after. So now I’m short a ton of money for one of the worst doctor’s appointments I’ve ever had.
