I have had very poor doctor visits in the past so I came in to my appointment with low expectations. After speaking with Dr. Melanie, I feel as though I’m worthy of raising my expectations for care. She was SO kind and listened curiously to my concerns. She asked great questions and seemed to consider all aspects of my situation to make informed recommendations. I have health complexities, both physical and mental which create layered symptoms. I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to discuss how my physical and mental health symptoms coexist and layer atop each other. I will continue seeing Dr. Melanie for ongoing care. Also, the office location was clean, bright, and welcoming. It was a welcomed change from corporate doctor offices.

The provider was very helpful and kind and helped to reassure me before and during my Nexplanon removal. It was far less painful than I anticipated and there was almost no bruising at all. I would highly recommend this highly skilled and knowledgeable healthcare professional.

Waited for over an hour for an appointment that lasted less than 10 minutes. Had to fill out the same forms 3 times. Didn't even get my original appointment reason somewhat clarified or considered and was just referred to another doctor.

I wanted a same day appointment and was accommodated here! I made my appointment about 2 hours before I wanted to be seen, pretty cool!
The office is easy to get to and find. Front desk was kind, super efficient. I called ahead of time to verify my insurance was accepted and they were helpful with that.
Wait time wasn’t mad long — it was my first visit so I did have some forms to fill out online but that took all of 10 minutes and I was seen shortly after.
Dr Hashagen is really the best! She’s very calming and kind and funny, too. She made me feel very safe and comfortable and I really appreciated that. Everything I came in for was addressed.
10/10, would recommend.
