My appointment with Dr.Melanie was underwhelming. Firstly, Dr.Melanie wasn’t part of the Doctor visit until the very end of my appointment. Without any notice or mention, my doctor was a male doctor whose name I’m unsure of but was nice. Dr. Melanie came at the end of my session and shrugged off my symptoms, suggested some equipment that is not suitable or useable for my lifestyle/career and did not relay any information to the front desk, so my checkout was very confusing. I have no follow up appointment, no plan of action, and nothing to use to help the pain and pressure in my legs. Overall, the appointment was a waste of time.
