Melinda ?Mindy? Loveless, M.D., is a board-certified physician at the Sports Medicine Centers at Harborview and Eastside Specialty Center, the Sports Concussion Program at Harborview, and the Spine Center at Harborview. She is also a UW assistant professor of Rehabilitation Medicine.
Dr. Loveless strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Dr. Loveless is board certified in both Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include non-operative sports and musculoskeletal injuries and musculoskeletal ultrasound. She holds special interest in hip pain, female athletes and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, concussion, and spine care, including management of acute pain and performing interventional lumbar spine procedures. Her research interest is focused on musculoskeletal ultrasound.
