I went to see Dr. Monson about panic attacks and she was very helpful! She gave me a very explanation of what was happening when I would have surges of anxiety -- since you have to get a grip and talk yourself down when you're freaking out, it really helps to understand what's happening and why your body reacts to certain situations in weird ways. Very helpful, not judgmental at all, and tremendously knowledgeable. Now I have a treatment plan that I feel so comfortable with -- much more confident in my day-to-day life!

I think she is probably the best doctor I've been to. She was very warm and compassionate and listened to my situations..She made some big changes with my therapy and explained in detail of the reasons and issues that were related. I am so thankful that I found her. I have not been feeling well for a while and she could tell something was not as it should be. I think she was a Blessing and would recommend her to anyone that needed help; or anyone wanting to live a better life. Thank you!
