Dr. Morales was very nice, respectful, professional and really seemed to take her time during my appointment. By this I mean, she really was quite through and made sure that any and all of my questions and/or concerns were addressed and answered/discussed to my satisfaction and/or to my full understanding. The office staff was very pleasant , but when I left a document there for the doctor to sign, they didn't call for me to pick it up or send it to me via mail for several weeks. As a matter of fact, close to a month went by without a word from them, it took me having to call to them to see if the document had been signed or not. Also, the building that the office is located in is really quite dumpy looking and is in desperate need of some serious renovations. But the incident with the document and the cosmetics of the building aside, overall, i’d say, I had a very good experience.
