Provider was kind, good listener, easy to connect with. I thought she was going to clean out the ear wax from my ears and help with some stuffiness I was feeling in my ear. She wasn't really able to do it with the equipment she had. Maybe it was my fault for booking the wrong kind of care provider. Although she was not able to help my issue, she gave me a number of an ENT so I could pursue what I needed.

Melissa took the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns and provided thorough, professional answers. Because reasons, I started looking elsewhere for a new primary care clinic and have no doubt I have found the one for me! I needed a quick response to recent health concern and figured I would have to wait longer than I preferred for an answer. After a little research online I found Melissa's office. I had a very pleasant experience on the phone with Vincent (great start) and had an appointment scheduled quickly. Next thing you know I was able to communicate with Melissa via a messaging system they have in place. I sent some information and she responded very quickly! She felt the need to talk to me sooner than our scheduled appointment to discuss my recent concern and rescheduled for a telehealth video chat a day later, on a Sunday! After our telehealth chat, I have zero doubts I am in good hands. I was heard and she responded. She immediately took charge and start moving pieces on the board to ensure I am taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa for your medical needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and the service she provides. It is so refreshing (and seems so uncommon these days) to feel seen and heard by a medical practitioner. You can tell that she is not only committed to the wellbeing of her patients but has a sincere love for helping people to the upmost of her ability. She was so thorough and really took the time to make sure I was able to understand the information she was providing,tell it to me like I’m 5 haha! I left feeling so confident and grateful for finally finding someone I feel I can trust!

It’s really hard to find a medical practitioner who really takes time to listen to your concerns and then offers practical advice and solutions to address them, but Melissa truly does. She’s one of a kind and I absolutely trust her expertise.
