I visited the office for the first time; overall my experience was good. First, the staff was overall friendly and attentive. Second, the office was clean and organized. Third, PA Shelton was solution-oriented, which was helpful for my situation. In contrast, there were two things I did not like about my visit. However, those two dislikes have not repelled me from visiting the office (yet). I will be returning to the office for a follow-up visit presently.

Unpleasant. I went in for a physical which is covered by my insurance. I was told I had to pay because it depends on what THEY decide they want to code my visit as. I booked a physical. The triage nurse was pleasant but they wanted to do a chest X-ray and some kind of breathing apparatus told them no doubt this will be covered. Went further downhill from there. They just took my blood and sent me home. No one has called me to go over test results and some of my values are low. Thank god I’m in healthcare and can read them and know what they mean and what I need. Terrible. Will not go to any Bethany Medical center ever again!!!
