Dr Varma was gentle and very professional. She answered all the questions we had. However, it was hard to make an appointment on-line, since she is fully booked. So I had to wait for one week to see her. Eventhough I left a message on the VM of her office to ask availability sooner, no one called me back.

I had a pre-natal visit with Dr. Varma. She was warm pleasant and very knowledgeable. I loved that this visit was something they offered at no charge and it seemed relatively routine for her. She began answering many of my questions before I even asked. I am very much looking forward to having her meet and attend to my new baby.

Dr Varma saw my daughter for a WCC and she did not provide the immunizations due for her age. Now the school is requiring it and the Dr's office wants to charge me again for a new visit and also for the immunization. I think it is totally innapropriate!

We loved Melissa Verma, and she was great with Sydharth. She is patient and thoughtful in her responses, and gives you a lot of useful advice. We had to discontinue meeting her as we moved away from the city.

Dr. Varma is very kind and gentle to my daughter and my daughter actually loves her. It is not usual for a girl like her. And I felt connected with Dr. Varma as she has practiced in a Beijing hospital for three years and her Chinese is very good!

Excellent doctor. She actually asked me to leave the room while she spoke with my son. She wanted to ask questions (personal that she thought he would not answer while i was in the room truthfully) I can appreciate that, as I want her to get accurate information to treat my son accordingly. Her staff was super nice, and pleasant.

It was a quick wait and she was very thorough in her examination, giving me time for questions. It didnt feel rushed. Only minus is looking for parking around there! I had to pay 30 dollars for a garage for an hour and 5 minutes. I wish she had a location where it wasn't that busy

This was our first visit to Dr. Varma and we are so grateful for ZocDoc service that connected us. Modern office that was impressively technology savvy which gives me the impression that they are not only professional but care enough to save time for what's important... time with my child. Also I appreciated very much that communications with the doctor will not be limited to office visits like other practitioners we have been to. Furthermore she was open to the alternative treatment method ologies which I prefer as well. Within a few hours, the doctor had issued a letter with her recommendations so that I can share that information with others also involved in his medical care. Excellent experience so far.

The office was kid friendly, as was the staff. I felt comfortable in voicing my concerns, more importantly, I felt that Dr. Varma took her time in seeing my son, and gave me great advice to help my son's issue, aside from just giving general medical advice. It was a great experience and would recommend this doctor to friends and family for their children.
