Dr. Thornton was super helpful and informative. He sat and drew pictures of my anatomy to help me further understand my condition. He offered a variety of treatment options and gave me the autonomy to decide which route that I wanted to take to treat my condition. He then offered natural recommendations based on his expertise. He also showed me some online resources for me to do some of my own research. This is the most educated I've ever felt in a medical provider's office. I've been to numerous doctors looking for answers, but Dr. Thornton has been the most helpful. Highly recommend!

Doctor walks you through a PowerPoint presentation with an anatomy lesson. Answers all your questions and is kind. Too many tests administered even if you decline.

Doctor Melvin, is an amazing highly educated respectable professional. I came in with my Fiancé and I am only 22, he's 27, I only asked my partner to come because I become extremely faintish at hospitals. This is because I am a highly sensitive trauma patient and assault survivor . With that being said I went into this appointment extremely nervous and skeptical. Now I didn't mention this in my paperwork nor was it asked but I believe Dr. Melvin read my body language when I came in the office. It seemed like he knew that I was extremely nervous because my hands were shaking and I started talking fast for everything. The doctor made it a comfortable experience by:
1) Answering all questions I ever had about my "possible condition"
2) Explained reproductive issues and female anatomy simply and even gave me visuals to further help me understand
3) 5 stars for comedic personality, he made funny banter with my Fiancé and educated him as well.
I would highly recommend.
