The doctor listened to all of my health issues and even let me go into detail regarding a lot of personal issues which caused us to go past the hour long appointment, making her late to her next appointment, but she was still able to help me get my refills I needed while being honest and letting me know that for future reference I’d need to see a doctor in person for the controlled substances. She cared enough to make sure I didn’t run out while trying to find a new Primary Care doctor since I had just moved to a new city. If she had an office of her own I’d easily make her my Primary.

Dr. Omijie is a doctoral prepared & board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, & treatment of various psychiatric disorders in individuals of all ages. Her approach to assessment is comprehensive & whole-person focused. She takes her time to know each of her clients & to address their specific needs. She understand that everyone has their own unique psychological, biological, social & cultural factors that influence their mental health. This provider incorrectly coded my online visit to insurance for a visit type that’s not covered. Haven’t been able to reach anyone from their team for a billing correction!
Very frustrating.

I felt that my visit wasn’t personable and left me feeling a bit judged and confused. It was hard to speak to the provider and anytime id say something she would just give me a blank stare. I was not comfortable and the provider read back every question that I provided answers to on the new patient paperwork packet. She would ask questions and move on, n clarification or questions. Just didn’t click with this provider.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I try to extend grace. As someone who was struggling with mental health issues, I must say this provider exacerbated them, refusing to provide medical records or complete requested forms for my short term disability claim. I was lied to about my medical records multiple times when I just simply requested that be sent. My prescriptions were also entered incorrectly. This experience has soured me from seeking treatment. When it came to billing, there was no confusion, She made sure that I filled out the paperwork that was needed for her to be paid.

I had 2 sessions with her. The first session I was prescribed a new anti depressant and the second session we decided to go up on the dose. She sent the prescription incorrectly to my pharmacy so they wouldn't fill it. I called twice and left voicemails, then I messaged her twice through her online portal a few days later. She never called me back or my pharmacy so I had to abruptly stop medication and wait a week until I was fortunately able to get into a different psychiatrist who immediately called the prescription in at the right dose, and gave me a 3 month supply. I find it highly unprofessional and unethical to just leave a client hanging like that when it comes to medications for clinical depression.

Best experience. We got in within a week vs. 6 months like if we waited for a local in person visit. The doctor tried to establish a rapport with my daughter despite the challenges of being online and my daughter being unenthusiastic about the appointment.
