Very nice professional staff with the exception of a lady called Ericka. HORRIBLE phone etiquette. When she called to confirm my appointment, I was in the middle of a concern to learn if I had to reschedule my appointment, and she abruptly interrupted me stating “Ma’am, I just called to confirm the appointment, can you make it or not?!” WOW! This was addressed with the main Doctor. I was a bit concern that the exam results were reviewed with by the office Nurse Attendant, not Dr. Merna.

I was disappointed that I wasn't informed ahead of time this was a "meet and greet" visit. I thought I was going for a physical and found out that it was basically an interview, that I would then have to go for labs at an outside facility, and then schedule appointment once those labs were completed. I felt this was a significant waste of time since I travel a lot, and may not now even be able to schedule an appointment after I get my labs drawn. I wish the office had been clear with me about this when the appointment was first scheduled. The doctor spent a lot of time talking with me, but I really just wanted to go for a checkup.
