Merry Thornton, PA-C transitioned from a career in finance to follow her dreams of becoming a Physician Assistant. Merry is excited to bring her passion and expertise in dermatology to Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Merry completed her training at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in New York City, where she earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and her Bachelor of Science at University of Maryland.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New York Society of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is board certified through the NCCPA. Merry treats both cosmetic and medical dermatology patients in our New Rochelle and Grassy Sprain offices. When she’s not treating patients, Merry enjoys mountain biking and gardening at home in Westchester.
