I was seen promptly, my new insurance information was entered quickly, I didn't wait long in the exam room, it felt like we were really collaborating about my health care vs the normal pedantic experience, and my bloodwork and tests were carried out very quickly, professionally and courteously! Lastly, the check out and payment process was the smoothest it's ever been.

I went to this office and was seen by Dr. Loraine Slyke and found the visit to be very welcoming and efficient. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new doctor (I was). They also have an in-house lab where they can take blood samples and whatnot which I loved since I didn’t have to make another stop at a different location to get my blood drawn.

I've been to this clinic before in the past, and recently re-established care. In the past, the doctors, PAs, and nurses were all top notch. Luckily, that is still the case. However, the front office staff have gone downhill. Unprofessional attire and desk spaces, and a lack of general customer service etiquette made for a less than pleasant visit. However, once I got past the gatekeepers, the professional medical staff made up for it.

I have been using Apex for 3 years. Never had medical issues until this month. I’ve been in and out of the ER 3 times this month but I still can’t get an appointment with my PCP. I don’t think they have time to take care of all their patients.
