Great! Saw another doc, but The whole office was very pleasant!
My office visits are always great: punctual and informative. They answer any all all questions w/o judgement or pandering and give me several options for care. They are concerned with my overall well being.
My only complaint is that the Zocdoc management needs to be more consistent.
As always, Apex made me feel like family. I was seen quickly and Lorraine really cares about my situation and I appreciate that more than you know.
It was fine. He was a distant PA or NP and he was quite matter-of-fact. This is not negative review: he did his job well, established a concern for my well-being, suggested and implemented better and up-to-date treatment for my ongoing issue. He is not there too make friends with pts, he's there to get and keep people on the right track. During the brief conversation we had, he said he needed to be in Denver because Denver's people need help. I responded by agreeing that it's just a mess here. And it is. "Cut the bullshit and let's see if things happen" was the impression I got. A technique I employee when needed with my patients. While he's not the type I would invite to a movie or a party, I do trust him with my well-being. Oh! One last thing: if one were a noncompliant patient, I have a feeling you would leave the appt better off and certainly spoken to.
They had me waiting for 2 hours just to tell me they had no referrals for an obgyn in my area. They called back with tests results to a urine sample I never took. I took a blood sample.
As always Dr. Scott's team provided an effecient and pleasant experience during my visit. Very glad to have them as my medical team.
The woman I saw was really wonderful, her name was Wendy and she was kind and worked with me to find multiple options and solutions and ackowldged the wait and worked with me to be sure we talked about everything I needed to before she lefyz
