The young lady that received us was rather rude and condescending. She did not see our appointment and was short and acted like it was my fault. Someone helped her find my appointment, and they talked among each other in frustration then just asked for my copay.
This was a follow up with Dr. Fallon for an ankle injury for my daughter. In the two visits he never touched my daughter's ankle. In the first visit he didn't look at the x-rays until I asked questions. He then looked at them for maybe two seconds. In the second visit he did not even enter the room. He talked from the door, barely even look in the direction of my daughter's ankle. I again tried asking questions to engage him, but to no avail. He only wanted to talk about his lecture on carbs and sugars. It was a waste of time taking my daughter out of class and me leaving work.
