Dr. Michael Arsheed has been a Seattle Chiropractor since 1984. After graduating from the premier college for Chiropractic Medicine, Sherman College of Chiropractic, on the East Coast, he traveled west and settled in Washington State. Dr. Michael continues his education in post- graduate studies focusing on Osteopathy, Auto Injury Care and Recovery, and Herniated/Bulging Disc problems with Sciatic nerve pain.
Dr. Michael was born in Rama, Israel, and came to this country to attend college. At the time, his undergraduate coursework was focused on a goal to attain a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry, return to his country of origin and become a High School Science Teacher/Educator. As a senior, he was also working in a restaurant and began experiencing low back pain. He turned to various medical doctors and practitioners, only to find himself taking pain killers every day and not improving. One day, his doctor told him the only way to fix his problem was to have surgery. That’s when he began researching his options and found the gift of Chiropractic! From that moment on, he immediately switched colleges and began his new profession and passion. And as they say, the rest is history!
Dr. Michael is committed to assisting patients to achieve sustained pain relief, better health, and an improved life. Every treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s individual needs, specialized in producing the fastest results possible and inclusive of their response to care. Each patient will be supported through a specific treatment plan that often includes some degree of at-home care, such as stretching and heating, to purposefully speed the recovery time, strengthen joints and muscles and help prevent future injuries. Depending on your needs, Dr. Michael may suggest other forms of care or treatment, both in our clinic or refer you to other practitioners that may assist you. If Dr. Michael believes that chiropractic is not the correct care for you, he will suggest an alternative from an array of medical and non-medical providers for your review. We believe that health is one of our most valuable possessions and we are here to provide you with the relief and support you need on your path to great health!
When Dr. Michael is not working with his patients, he is with his family. Dr. Michael is a proud husband and father to 3 adult children. Perhaps you have been to one of his sons’ restaurants called Mr. Gyro’s located in Greenwood, Ballard and Wallingford. His youngest daughter is in college in Bellingham. Dr. Michael, his wife, and family eagerly await the birth of their first grandchildren, who are twins, due in the Spring of 2016.

I I'm in a lot of pain because of mine scoliosis and my sciatica and my right leg is not really functioning the best. When I was walking up there my leg just twist and I almost fell. I found the office the door was locked I knocked on the door several times nobody appeared. And I looked in the window and it looks like they're was someone in there there were lights on. And I waited about 15-20 minutes and my daughter sent an Uber for me because I was in a lot of pain and basically my right leg was not functioning very well. I would never recommend them and I don't know what to say but I did just tell him

Great experience with Dr. Arsheed and staff. He is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is excellent. I felt very comfortable during my first ever chiropractic appointment; I was a bit nervous because I've never been to a chiropractor before and have only recently begun my (my needed) physical therapy journey, but Dr. Arsheed was very kind and non-judgemental. I feel great, too, even after just one session. Highly recommend!

Dr. Michael is amazing! He really knows how to explain the spine and how each section of the bones and nerves can affect how we feel and function. The Xrays are definitely important to give the accurate adjustments needed. He’s very experienced. I feel like in my late 20s its a perfect time to see a chiro for the first time. Adjustments are easier to make at this age. I’ve had 5 sessions so far and my adjustments have really helped my stiff back and neck feel relaxed.
