he was called away on an emergency, so there was a longer wait, but he's the BEST doctor on the planet IMO

Friendly and professional staff. Dr Bertino was excellent. My spouse asked him a medical question, he didn't hesitate in answering or said would have to schedule an appt to discuss. Told her what could be done and she scheduled an appt.

This office is terrible. I had an appointment at 10:30am and they didn’t see me until an hour and 15 minutes past when it was scheduled (11:45). No apologies, no communication. The office staff couldn’t care less about the patients waiting for their appointments.
People have other things to do other than wait all day for the office to get their act together. I understand things can get behind, but wait times like that are insane, especially that early in the morning. The doc was in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes, and diagnosed me with TMJ.
Know what I did to solve my problem? Stopped eating uncooked Ramen. Haven’t had my jaw/ear pain since. They’re just here to collect your money (well, your Insurance company’s money).
I came here because I used to go to Dr. Marshall Nathan before he passed away. I can’t see how his professional level of service was associated to the terribleness that this office delivers.

Dr. Bertino was very professional the whole time I was there. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He was able to find out the reason for my sinus problems and got me started on the right treatment plan. His nurses were excellent and well-mannered. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bertino and look forward to being a continued patient with his office.

I would not recommend this office at all! I went here for reoccuring issues with my child's ears. He had already had surgery, and was clearly in lots of pain. Upon arriving I waited for almost two hours with a child in serious pain. Dr. Bertino did not have a caring bone in his body. When he finally came into the room he noted on the fact that my child was screaming asking him if he was the one making all the noise. Of course he was because at that point we were there for over two hours and he is only 2 years old!! He then proceeded to clean out my child's ears and stopped as my child was screaming in pain (which I told him). After the visit I made an appointment for a second surgery with the nurse making SURE the surgery would be covered and what cost. They then tried to charge me for the cleaning of his ears. What a joke!!!!! I then call back before surgery to make sure everything is in place for surgery and turns out the insurance is no longer accepted after the nurse told me everything was good to go. I was so hysterical at this point and luckily found another amazing ENT office. I would not recommend ANYONE to this office, ever. Bad doctor, bad office, bad practice in general. Avoid like the plague people!

I love Dr. Bertino because he can quickly diagnose my conditions accurately and provide just the right treatment. He's easy-going yet he gets right to it. If only the wait to see him wasn't so long.

Its a DR.s office not a play ground. The parents would not control their kids, office staff didn't care. Signed up and completed paper work online for new patients. Got there early and still had to fill out paper work while i was in tremendous pain. Waited over an hour. That was at the downtown office, otherwise awesome doctor.

Love Dr. Bertino. My primary dr. wanted to refer me to another ENT but I told her that I already had an ENT and would not go to anyone else. Trust Dr. Bertino and he explains all procedures in detail and devotes his time to his patient.

I have seen Dr. Bertino before although it was more than three years ago. He is a specialist and since I have not had problems with the areas that he specializes in I had no reason to see him. I am happy that I did book my appointment with him. He is excellent in all respects. I would highly recommend him to all.

Dr Bertino was nice and he was fast and efficient, no problems with him. Unfortunately this was after sitting in a crowded waiting room for 90 minutes with people coughing and sneezing on everything. Not an ideal place to spend even a few minutes, but an hour and a half not so much.
