I have been seeing Dr Cherkassky for weight loss, with great results. He's a lovely person who truly cares about his patients. All the girls working in the front office are also friendly, and have gone the extra mile to learn and greet me by my first name at appointments.

The Dr was awesome super funny but with knowledge and answered all my questions. How ever the girls in the office should be a bit more courteous, the lady that explained things to me went so fast and in such a soft voice I barely understood her and didnt want to keep asking. Ladies a smile is FREE use it

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested as me as a new patient. I would like to have spent more time going over the packet of information at a slower pace. That part they seemed to rush through so they could get to the next patient. Dr. Cherkassky was very through and explained things in a way that was understood. I would recommend this doctor's office.

Dr. Cherkassky's office is normally great but today the wait was EXTREMELY long. my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I was called back at 10:15 then waited another 35 minutes for the nurse practitioner to come in.
