The doctor is great, but the wait is super long (truly feels like you're at the DMV, even with a very early appointment). But the doctor himself is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough.

Dr Feanny took so much time to make sure I understood everything. He was honestly the nicest doctor I have ever seen.
Great Doctor but took hours to see, it was my first visit! I guess that is how it is at most Doctor offices are.
Highly recommend this doctor, great bedside manners. Listened to everything I said, wonderful staff
Dr. Feanny was very professional and thorough with his explanations regarding my broken arm.

Phenomenal doctor. However, front of the house staff needs customer service training.

The doctor is great, but the wait is super long (truly feels like you're at the DMV, even with a very early appointment). But the doctor himself is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough.
Waiting room was standing room only. Easily 45 people and 30 chairs. After a three hour wait, Dr was knowledgable but it was a 10 minute exam. I need an MRI and will find another Dr to read it.

Horrible experience in the waiting room. It seems like they significantly overbook patients. I did not even end up seeing the doctor. I signed in and waited for an hour before they even asked me to fill out new patient paperwork. When I asked how long it would be at that point until I could see Dr. Feanny, the lady at the front desk would only tell me that there were 5 patients ahead of me and that I'd need to have x-rays and a consultation before he could see me. I handed the blank paperwork back to her and canceled my appointment on the spot.

The Doctor was great. He was very attentive and explained everything in detail The wait was the worst I waited for 3 hours to be seen.
Super busy office. I booked the 7:45am appointment and was out by 8:45am. I showed up 30 minutes early. The office is pleasant, clean and professional. Dr. Feanny was great.

My appointment was at 2clock I didn't get out there til 6clock and had a ruined nurse at the front desk. And talk loud to the customer.
Verified patient
Waited about an hour, then told I had no appointment, because Zocdoc doesn't always work. Missed time off work, but rescheduled. My experience with Dr. Feanny was very good. took the time to explain everything in detail and that I understood all my options.

What a terrible experience. I called to confirm my appointment on the drive there and the staff did not know who I was (even after receiving a confirmation email). They tried to push my appointment for the following week but I refused being that I already took time off of work. They penciled me in at 2:50 but I did t see the doctor till almost 5. The waiting room was dreadful, overpacked and screaming babies. It appears that this office is overbooking taking in as many people as possible without having the staff to compensate. The Doctor I saw was okay very friendly. He showed me some stretches I should do at home but was quick to write me prescription painkillers and a prescription to see their physical therapist for 3 weeks. I will be looking for a second opinion I the near future being that my pain/discomfort levels do not reflect the diagnoses I was given.
The office is very unorganized and they fail to give you information prior to your appointment only to waste your time. I am always prepared and ask what is needed. They should do appropriate screening and make they can see a patient prior to scheduling and confirming appointments. Some negative situations rely heavily on the patients inability to provide the right information - in this case the office just doesn't have their stuff together!
Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. No one apologized for the wait. I understand that doctors are busy but a 2 hour wait is a bit much without anyone saying anything to you.
thanks for all the staff, they are really kind and helpfull. thank you Dr FEANNY for helping me with my pain. Feel much better.

I had an appointment for 12:20 pm, I didn't see the Doctor until maybe 3:45 pm. There were so many people in that office it look like an assembly line.. I had never seen that before in a doctors office. No one bothered apologized to the patients for the wait . My experience was terrible. I Would never recommend this place.

Dr. Feanny was ok :/ Not very thorough, did not shake our hand introduce himself just by just saying his name and then started asking questions. Gave a general diagnosis and I had to ask him to be more thorough since my father doesn't understand English very well and it was obvious to the doctor but he didn't go the extra mile. Once we were done the medical assistant took over and he walked away. Not very polite, especially since we were first time patients. the Medical Assistant never introduced herself just smiled which is rude. the ladies at the front desk were very very nice and very helpful. So basically doc and med asst bed side manner need improve as these things are very important to me, the place needs to be a little cleaner but overall I am very satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment. Thank you and have a nice day.
the dr. was great however the reception desk was very disorganized they collected by co pay then when i was leaving they wanted more money they were insisting my shot was not covered and i needed a refferal which i did not however that shouldve been verified before my appointment which she did admit she never did, the time spent there was rediculous my appointment was 100 i left at 345 my life is important also stop overbooking

Excellent Dr.!! excellent staff!! But the wait time was Too long, specially when patient are children...but overall, very pleased!!
Excellent
The waiting time was a whopping three hours only to be told that i should apply a creme on my knee and some heat to try to lower the swelling. I hope it works so i don't have to make another appointment. He did accept my ghi-hpo insurance which I sincerely appreciate.
Dr. was very nice but the staff were very unprofessional. They were eating lunch at the reception desk talking about personal stuff and not very responsive when asked about the delay. Too many people sitting around doing nothing when work should be done, maybe the doctor should look into getting a more professional crew who can do their job and he should cut back on the overhead of lazy staff! While there, I asked other patients about their wait and was told that they were having the same experience on a number of visits!
Horrible very crowded

I was really impressed with Dr. Feanny's office. His staff was helpful, friendly, and eager to please. The doctor had a bit of a wait, but he was worth it. He took a ton of time with me, explaining everything and making sure I understood. I even started therapy, which is right there in his office. The therapy staff squeezed me in and between that and the doctor, I was feeling much better before I left. Highly recommended.
