Dr Ford may be a great guy, I will never know because his office canceled my appointment a few days before, after I waited a month to see him.
Not once, but TWICE!
Even that would have been okay, but for the second cancelation (which had been confirmed), they called me late on the Friday before to cancel an appt on Tuesday morning, and left a voicemail.
Should I have noticed a voicemail? Sure.
Should they have followed up on Monday when I didn't get back to them? Yes! Or, idk, try an email or a text maybe?
I didn't find out it was canceled until I called from the parking lot to ask if I could come up. That's not great.
Zocdoc won't let me leave the stars blank for bedside manner and wait time. Maybe those would have been great?!?

First off. I was squeezed in on my day off and I was so thankful. The day of my appointment I was on the road early…. Got pulled over and ended up being pretty late. I went anyway and they fit me in an hour later.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The nurse is thoughtful and kind. Dr. Ford is the kind of doctor you want! He asks you many questions and listens to your concerns. He gets to know his patients and it makes you feel comfortable! He is the best!
