My visits are always great. I have been with the same doctor for 13 years and there's a reason for that. It is because the doctors are amazing and they know my history which is few and far between these days. I would recommend Haghighi Family and Sports medicine to anyone in need of real doctors that will tell you like it is.

Well, how do i start. weeks prior to this appt. with Dr. Michael Haghighi my first appt with his wife who also works in the same office. Needless to say my first visit was horrifying. She did not once introduce herself, and show nothing but rush me on out of there. So, after a week later I receve a notice from Zoc Doc asking how my visit was and I explained. Then weeks later I resceduled another appt. with another dr. which was Michael Haghighi and suprisenly he already knew who I was and was expecting me with all rudeness....as if he was notified by whom I wonder. Im 76 yrs old moved here from europe came here to get the best care and not received it, Its the most hurtfull feeling, and let down. Ive never experienced anything like this by two doctors who didint give me proper care like doctors should. Never again.

Went on a Friday, doctor saw me for 5 minutes and said he would call in a prescription. The nurses never sent over the prescription and when I called back and left a message I never got a call back.

He got straight to the point about what was bothering me most and informed me that he could get me an appt w/Mayo Clinic for a total knee replacement even though Mayo told me I couldn't even't talk to anyone to try to make an appt with one of their ortho doctors for many months. What a relief.

I have seen both Dr. Michael Haghighi and Dr. Patel and I was really pleased with both of them and the office staff. Treated very well. The only thing I disliked was the cost of each visits. I'm new to the area and moving is quite expensive it would have been a nice gesture if since it was a cash payment a discount of some sorry would have been greatly appreciate on my part. My insurance kicks in 1/1/2015. Other than that I would boast how pleased my experience was on both occasions.

The facility is very clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and courteous. I love how up to date they were on equipment and I was in and out less than 30 mins and everything I needed got done as well in that time frame. Awesome facility!
