My appointment was cancelled by the Dr. Due to him being out sick. In calling the office we had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes. We were prompted to leave a voicemail. And we never received a call bavk on same day. Between 4 locations, maybe more, poor service and not excited to deal with anyone in any of the locations. Maricopa office especially. I expect fair and prompt treatment as a paying client, who was seeking to stay local and support a local business. In fairness, there is no reason to not call anyone back or have rescheduled appts handled promptly.
I also tried calling. Pressed zero for operator and nobody picked up the phone.
I will be giving my local Dr a second opportunity as he was out sick. But the office staff was negligent in their duties to say the very least.

As a podiatrist, Dr. Michael Ham is great. We've been seeing him regularly for some years. However, this time, Zocdoc made the experience of making an appointment more than difficult. It accepted an appointment time, and then an hour before the appointment, Dr. Ham's clerical person called and said that time had been double booked, and we had to reschedule our appointment for two persons. Zocdoc had showed an open time, accepted my requested time, but Zocdoc never sent a confirmation. The Dr. Ham's person called and said our scheduled time was not available and that WE would have to reschedule. Seemed totally arbitrary. Has it turned out, we arrived minutes before our scheduled time, and the scheduling person said the other party who had been given a duplicate time slot "was a no-show." Seemed a bit early to indicate the "other party" as being a no-show a few minutes prior to the appointment time. I WILL NOT USE ZOCDOC in the future to schedule appointments with Dr. Ham, but only call.
