He was sensitive and wanted to ensure I'm not needlessly alarmed. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had, when clearly he has a thriving practice. I'd strongly recommend him to others.

Dr. Kanner is an excellent doctor. But I waited an excessive time. I waited 2 hours before I saw the doctor. My appt. was 11:15. I didn't leave there until after 2:00.

Three thigs stood out: Zocdoc had inaccurate insurance information, stating that this doctor is in my network, but he is not. Two, the assistant, though she did her job properly and was very nice, said that she is refusing the Covid-19 vaccination. I was quite uncomfortable with that. Three, the several waiting times after the appointment started, waiting for the doctor himself, was excruciatingly long. I spent three hours there and had to get up and walk around to keep from getting stiff.

Doctor is ok, but wait to time was almost 2 hours. Supportive personal wasn’t very helpful and friendly. They wanted to charge me before the visit what is unusual and weird. Bad customer service. Had to stay in 3 different lines. Probably wouldn’t go to this office again.

He is not good and all the stuff are unkind specifically with the elders, but they ( stuff) are so freandly to each other, but not even a smile to the patients, that's what I observed while I was waiting to get my turn, dr wasn't helpful at all

Almost a two hour wait. I don't see a good reason for a wait that long in a non-emergency office, where I had an appointment. Maybe the doctor simply thinks that his time is much more important than the patient's.
