My experience was the most calming and soothing Dr. Visit I've ever had. I've never had a Dr to call me the day before my visit to check on me to make sure I was ok, and that if there was anyway to get me seen sooner if someone cancelled. I felt like I was talking to a family member or a friend I've known my whole life. I would recommended anyone seeking treatment for anxiety that this is the Dr to go too. Before you even know it you'll be talking and telling him things that you struggled talking to with close friends.

I have been experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks that would come out of the blue and it was impacting my daily life and ability to carry out everyday tasks such as going to work, going out to dinner, or the gym. I became fearful of having another attack so I began avoiding certain situations. I knew I needed to finally seek help and I’m glad it was with Dr. Kelson. I was incredibly anxious leading up to our initial appointment, I don’t do well with speaking to strangers. However, after speaking to Dr. Kelson it was like a breath of fresh air. I feel confident that my current problems will be a thing of the past. I have already seen a reduction in panic attacks since meeting with him and I am excited for the future. I feel free for once.

Due to financial hiccups w my last Dr, I was in desperate need of a new psych fast. Zd having so many options, what if I chose the wrong one? Classic overthinker???????. I came across Dr. Ks pic & thought for sure this young cute Dr wouldn't get me, a woman, and my crippling anxiety. Based on his bio tho, he was one of the few that mentioned things that I suffer from so I took a chance. Im so glad I did too bc he understood every bit of what I was feeling& even helped me to understand my own feelings. He listened and took his time, mind you, it was Labor Day, and there was something about his voic/ presence that was soothing &calmed me when I started to get emotional. I haven't met a Dr like that in a long time. He came up w an actual treatment plan & for the first time ever, gave me hope that I could get my anxiety under control. He tries to get to know you & he's so easy to talk to. He knows what he's talking about and I look forward to our next appt. Thank you so much Dr.

I’ve struggled with inattention my whole life. I was zoning out, forgetting things, never finishing tasks. Dr. Kelson understood what I was going through and found a treatment that works. I can focus better, get through the workday, and stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed. He’s patient and kind and really knows what he’s doing.

I finally found the right doctor. I’ve had depression, anxiety, and terrible sleep for years. Seen so many doctors but nothing really helped long term. Dr. Kelson was different.. he actually listened and explained things in a way that made sense. He adjusted my meds carefully and within a few weeks I was finally sleeping better and not waking up anxious every day. My mood improved a lot too. I still have some tough days but overall I feel way way better than before. He really helped turn things around for me. Super grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kelson. Working with him has been amazing. He really got what I was going through with my anxiety and ADHD and tailored a plan that finally made things click. For the first time in years I feel like my brain isn’t working against me. He’s sharp, compassionate, and has this calm, grounded energy that instantly puts you at ease.
