Dr. Kerkes is has absolutely fantastic bedside manner. I'd rate him as the best doctor I've ever had - he made me feel at ease, but also explained all of his diagnoses carefully and thoroughly. I always feel informed and in good hands when leaving his office. I highly recommend him to anyone living in the Orlando area.

This was my primary care doctor who was giving me all of my medications I was on clonazepam for 5 years and when I called the office for refill after never having a problem with my medications they refused to fill my prescription and told me I had to see another doctor and there was nothing they could do for me because dr. Kerkles didn't work there anymore this is after they told me that I could see the doctor that was taking over for him so they left me high and dry with no medication and going through withdrawals and after lying for a week and a half about my primary care doctor this practice is awful they are rude inconsiderate in unappropriate to be open and prescribed medications for anybody did disrespectful and they do not follow up or follow through with anything they left me high and dry with no Dr and no refills on any of my medication after saying they would fill my medication a week and a half ago never did they want to tell me I couldn't go there I called into students answered the phone and said they were the only ones in the office and they were students they said nobody else is in the office today they were closed for renovations why are two students answering the telephone at a doctor's office and there's no reason for them to have kicked me out they take my my insurance I never had a problem I didn't abuse my medication they just kicked me out or had to they had to students tell me I couldn't go there anymore they're letting students answer their phones and take calls I've never been so upset and mistreated in my life by a medical facility I would not send my dog here

Ever arrive at a Doctor's office to find the lights off and door locked?
The business manager informed me the office had closed early and all the patients had been called. Clearly, I had not received a call. Very unprofessional.
This was my second try with this office.

Most unprofessional doctors office i have ever been to. Would much rather of wasted my time at a carespot. First thing when i check in the girl at the front desk blurts out to the whole lobby that i have an outstanding balance from a hospital visit a few weeks prior. The wait time just to get inside the doctors office was over one hour then i had to wait another 45 just to see dr kerkes. Who panicked when he looked over his paperwork and noticed they had "misplaced" my urine sample that I had come in for a week prior.. Yes they actually lost my urine sample. When asked about the blood sample i took he said they would have to send me to labcorp to do a better blood test. So after two wasted doctors visit I go over to labcorp to be seen for bloodwork, but guess what they need a doctors note which was never provided to me and when Labcorp called to ask of they could fax over the information they said that i would need to personally come by. What a waste of time and a couple hundred dollars.. This place truely is as big of a joke as it looks

Dr. Kerkes was great, very professional. He made sure all my questions were addressed and answered knowledgeably. His staff on the other hand left much to be desired and lacked professionalism and any form of organizational skills or coordination. Because of my experience with the staff, I would not likely go back to visit the Doctor, no matter how great he was.
