Smooth visit, on time, Dr K very nice & personable, but never said what the diagnosis is. I Will be having physical therapy for what condition?
The office staff was pleasant. We were taken into the office on time and the doctor came in right away. I would highly recommend Dr. Kresbach to anyone looking for a great hand surgeon.
Barely spent anytime with me.
The staff and doctor were very nice and efficient.
From first scheduling until finishing treatment, everyone and everything couldn't have been better. Very pleasant front desk and nursing staff. I was extremely pleased with the care I received.
Excellent visit Dr. Krebsbach is very upbeat and easy to talk with and answers your questions.
The staff was very helpful and helped me through the paperwork. I was given an xray almost immediately. After a short period the doctor came in and took care of my problems. I was out of the office in less than an hour, including the paperwork for a new patient.
Great bedside manner. Didn't rush the visit. Answered all questions thoroughly.
Great Dr. Very informative
Very personable, knowledgeable, nice, friendly doctor who took the time necessary with us. Would definitely recommend him and should the need arise we will be back to see him again.
Excellent. Efficient, knowledgeable, Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. Wifi in waiting room so waiting time was productive.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my issues and provided useful information to help me.
Dr. Kresbach explained everything in a confident manner and explained all of our available options. Dr. Kresbach did not want to ruch into any surgical procedure before trying multiple modalities to help relieve the discomfort. Thank you Dr. Kresback for your kind and gentle manner.
He listens and is serious about making you get better.
Visit was good, but after I made the appt, the office called and left a message to call th back to confirm my Wed/11:30 appt. I called back left a message to confirm my appt. Next I received email and text to remind me, which I like. The day of the appt I received another call confirming my appt for a different day and time and staff insisted they spoke with me. Next time I will make my appt on the phone to avoid any confusion
I liked him very much and if needed Iwell be back
He was nice, thorough and personable.
Always listens to you. Provides altenatives treatmetns, does not just mkae you take a med.
I was very pleased. Got opinions from several hand surgeons and decided to go with Dr. Krebsbach. Wait time may have been longer because my appt. was on Monday.
i WAS HAPPY WITH MY VISIT AND WILL BE SEEING HIM AGAIN NEXT WEEK. JUST WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAIT TIME THANKS PATTY
It was excellent. This was my second visit. The first was with regard to a trigger finger, which he handled successfully. The second and current visit today had to do with a swollen ankle which was diagnosed to my complete satisfaction. I was able to make this appointment in one day on the computer. There was no wait in the office and the diagnosis was quick, complete and accurate. The doctor himself is no-nonsense, on the top of his game. 10 out of 10. I was home in 30 minutes.
Great efficient operation
Know dr Krebsback for years - excellent Dr & nice guy too. Rare combination for a DR.
Know him for years. He is the Best !
Nice Dr. Explained everything in detail.
Competent, easy to communicate with. As almost all docs today, Dr. Krebsbach doesn't have a single moment of time for any "bedside manner". I am old enuf to remember when physicians were healers, not just technicians. As a medical practitioner myself, I understand it, but I still don't like it.
Very congenial. Took the time to talk to me and give me some advice on what I could do about my balance issues.
Very happy! I was in a lot of pain and unsure of what my ailment was. I am confident that Dr. Krebsbach properly diagnosed and treated me.
He is awesome! The best!!!
The entire experience was a good one, from the time I checked in, my interactions with the administrative staff, medical team, and Doctor, until checking out. No one likes to go to the doctor, but if you need to, having a pleasant professional experience like I had made it palatable.
I've been a long time patient with Dr Krebsbach. He performed a couple of hand surgeries on my right hand and has treated me for several bouts of Bursitus in both my right and left shoulders and trigger finger issues. I have recommened him to my friends and co-workers several times.
Will keep going back to Michael...the BEST! VERY personable, polite, interested and meticulous!
Not impressed. The physical exam was minimal, x-rays are taken before the physician even sees you.
I went to the appointment a day early, got my dates mixed up, but they didn't hesistate to let me see the doctor without me asking. That was an extremely nice thing to do.
Dr. Krebsbach was professional, thorough and knowledgable. I enjoyed my visit with him. He was very reassuring.
Fantastic demeanor combined with outstanding credentials. Wait times stink, but he's worth it.
Felt he had something more important to do than listen to my concerns. He's a see you for 2 minutes Dr!
I am a returning patient. Always professional and educates you about treatment alternatives. He is worth the wait.
Great guy! Very excellent care!
Friendly, experienced and knowledgeable doctor.
Knowledgable ,courteous and very professional
