Excellent experience. X-rays taken a few steps down the hall and then they were clearly visible for both of us to look at on a large wall display. Dr. described, in plain English, the problem and the next treatment options. All paperwork beautifully handled by assistant. A refreshingly informative visit.

He also serves as the team physician for local high schools and is the Medical Director of Palm Beach Atlantic University. Dr. Leighton is very sports oriented both in his own life and for his patient’s. He enjoys golf, tennis, softball and hiking. His approach to non-operative rehabilitation and therapy after surgery is aimed at getting patients back to the sports that they love; specifically, total knee and hip patients are expected to be hitting golf balls between two and three months after surgery.
