Dr. Louie is probably the most knowledgeable, personable, and good humored urologist I've encountered. His bedside manner by far exceeded my expectations. I got the distinct impression he was concerned with resolving my health issue, and not just pushing for a surgery he could bill my insurance for (an impression I have gotten from other urologists).
As his online reviews would suggest, he's a great doctor and definitely worth a visit.

very frustrating to wait almost 2 hours with an appointment for a 5 min consultation. Dr. Louie is great.
But again....almost 2 hours. I was late for work because of this inconvenience

The staff and assistant doctor seemed disconnected and preoccupied with other things beside me the patient. As if they were in such a hurry to do other things. Maybe it was the stress involved with the transition of moving to a new location, which by the way is a facility upgrade, but still there lack of interest on the patient turned me off. Would have rather seen someone else who takes an interest in you, your medical history, & a plan for a healthy well being!!
