I have had him as my urologist for many years. As I looked around the waiting room today, I realized that I was the only woman. More women with incontinence issues because of having children should seek a specialist. As the years have past, Dr. Phillips has moved me onto better drugs and always has sage advice. I highly recommend him.

He graduated with honors from the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine and completed his residency training in general surgery and urology at The George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Phillips is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Prior to joining The GW Medical Faculty Associates, Dr. Phillips maintained a private practice closely affiliated with the medical training program at The George Washington University. Male Sexual Medicine is also an area of practice concentration. His clinical interests include sexual dysfunction. He has long standing interest in prosthetic Urology and has extensive experience with the implantation and revision of artificial sphincters, slings as well as penile prosthesis.
He is director of The GW Medical Faculty Associates Center for Sexual Health and an active participant in its Center for Pelvic Health.

Very good for my first visit, which was an annual check up. Very conversant, explained the treatment options for BPH and presented treatment options along with his preferred treatment plan. I felt confident of his knowledge, experience, and preferred approach.
