Dr. Robinson was intelligent and polite. He answered my questions and was not as fat-phobic as many endocrinologists are. His front office and nursing staff were very nice, but they never called me with my blood work and they didn't seem to really know how to access the info on ZocDoc. Overall, a pretty decent experience, with room for improvement.

I wanted to like Dr. Robinson and went in very optimistic, but was really dissatisfied with my appointments with him. He did seem knowledgable, but also extremely uncaring and alarmingly not compassionate towards my situation. He did not review my charts before coming to see me, so I had to remind him who I was and what my charts said...it was like starting over each time I saw him. I gave him a sonogram DVD to review from my previous doctor and he never even looked at it. He even was so rude as to take a phone call during our session together!
All in all, I want to feel like my doctors and I are on the same team with the goal of helping me feel better. If he can't solve my problem, the least he could have done was made me feel like he would try. Dr. Robinson not only made me feel he was disinterested, but also made me feel bad for bothering him. As patients we are clients paying good money for a service... Don't waste your money or time with him. You do NOT have to settle for a Dr. like this.

Of all of the many doctors I have seen (and I have seen many!) for my abnormal condition, Dr. Robinson has been the most professional. He explained his insights thoroughly and seemed willing to help. He listens carefully and is thorough. It is my first visit but I highly recommend!

Let me begin by saying that Dr. Robinson and his staff are very pleasant and, at first, I felt like my concerns were met with understanding and concern. However, once Dr. Robinson received inconclusive results from a test he had me undergo, I felt like he lost interest in my particular health problem and was grasping at straws. I supplied him with test results from past blood work to supplement the tests he had me undergo and, during our final consultation, he was misquoting them and mixing up information from these results--an error that left me feeling less than confident in the advice he gave me. After three visits, blood work and an MRI, I was sent off with no specific plan of action. I understand that my problems may have been out of his area of expertise, but in that case I wish he'd referred me to another endocrinologist.
