A certified physician assistant, Michael “Mike” Siino graduated with summa cum laude honors from the physician assistant program at Touro College in New York. He then earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska.
Mike has been serving the communities of St. Cloud and Kissimmee, Florida in the field of dermatology since 2000. Prior to that, he worked as a physician assistant in the neurosurgery and neuro-oncology departments at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Before Mike became a physician assistant, he worked as a respiratory therapist in San Diego, California.
Mike practices general dermatology and dermatologic surgery, specializing in the treatment of skin cancer, skin rashes, eczema and the most difficult acne and psoriasis cases. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of blistering diseases such as bullous pemphigoid, pemphigus vulgaris and pemphigus foliaceus.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys running, lifting weights, biking and traveling. He is also an avid college football fan.

I loved my visit! Very thorough and truthful regarding my conditions and any questions I had. I loved that he tried to come with different solutions rather than just put me on medications that won’t help!
