It is too soon to give an informed answer. Would like to see how if the shoulder issue gets resolved.
A Long wait in the waiting room. If I know I am in for a wait then I can plan my schedule accordingly. PLEASE purchase more comfortable waiting room seats.

In fact, I spend a lot of time with each patient, educating them about their condition and treatment and, more importantly, listening to them and understanding their concerns. Dr. Havig sets the standards for his industry. He is the utmost professional in his care and patient relationship. Very courteous and takes the necessary time needed to fully explain options and treatment straightedges. Wish all my Doctors were as good!

He is the greatest. However, if you want to be seen quickly, you need to have an 8:00 am appointment. Michael is very up front with his patients. He will spend whatever time the patient needs to talk with him. As a result, if you have an afternoon appointment, you will often wait an hour or more. I am very impatient and don't wait for anybody, but I think it's worth waiting for him.

Dr Havig and his PA are awesome with their knowledge and care. I have had many visits and yes, you wait a little longer but it is well worth the wait time. The remainder of the staff are all exceptionally attune to patient satisfaction.

The entire staff was wonderful. Very thorough. Very kind. I have seen many doctors in the past few years and it can be a very discouraging experience. But, Dr. Havig was wonderful. Jason, the physicians assistant was also very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. Then, when Dr. Havig came into the room after I saw Jason, he mentioned everything that I told Jason. So the communication was superb. And, they fixed my ailment!

Staff was very courteous, Dr. Havig was very professional.
The only complaint is that my appt. was at 3:20 and I did not see Dr. Havig until 4:20, very long wait. Plus being my first time there, I came at 3:00 to fill out the new paperwork and by the time I left it was 4:45 which made this a very long appointment. I would not have come earlier to fill out the paperwork if I would have known about the long wait. Otherwise, I do recommend this doctor!

I found Dr. Havig to be very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the details of his diagnosis and his recommended course of action. I am not happy that I have this shoulder problem and wish I didn't have to get treatment but my appointment with Dr. Havig has put me at ease now that I have a clear plan to make this shoulder better and useable again.
