Dr. Underwood has always been very good to me as I have gone through a few cardiovascular health changes. He has always helped me to focus on making good health choices, especially around nutrition and exercise. He is understanding of my goals and supports my natural health goals as well. He is straightforward, to the point and doesn't "beat around the bush."

I am dissappointed that Dr. Underwood seems to be spending less and less time addressing some of my concerns. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I had an event that brought me to the ER the day before. I have been going to him for some time now but I felt like a got the brush off. As I get older I really want someone who can address my concerns and spend the time to discuss it with me.

Dr Underwood is my PCP-this was my 1st time using the ZOC DOC and I doubt I will ever use it again. I had my apptment scheduled for 6:45
I arrived for my appt at 6:30! I checked in on time and wasn't seen until 7:15!!! they took a walk in before me!! I wasn't happy about that -I had an apptment. Dr Underwood acted like he didn't see anything I had entered into the system concerning why I was there. In ZOC DOC there is a space to tell the doc why you need to see him or her and I completed it. When he walked in-He said still not feeling well? The staff didn't even apologize for making me wait when-"I had the appointment"they should have made the walk in wait! --I thought this ZOCDOC was terrific because calling for an appt from work is not very convenient for me in my new position. Now I am re-thinking it! Shouldn't those with appt's come 1st especially if we are there!!
