Dr. Levy was very thorough and reassured me about the health of my eyes. I thought her office staff were quite helpful and professional. I have not had such a thorough explanation at an eye exam in many years. I would definitely recommend Dr. Levy. She is an excellent Optometrist.

Dr. Levy has been in a practice 30 years. Since 1995 she has practiced in Greenwich where she and her family now live. Prior to that she practiced in Manhattan and has been recognized as an internationally accomplished lecturer.
Eye exams are optimized under the care of Dr. Levy by the use of new technology to examine retinas without eye drops or to detect precursors to glaucoma. In addition, Dr. Levy addresses all pediatric needs.
Dr. Levy’s focus has been on hard contact lens fitting on infants at risk for low vision at birth. If you have never been completely happy with how your contact lenses have felt, Dr. Levy specializes in difficult to fit contact lenses for all ages: astigmatism, keratoconus and bifocal contact lenses.

After the long wait, she refused to listen to the reason I was there and tried to upsell me more services the whole time. When I refused, she wouldn't drop it and eventually told me I have no common sense. She insisted on trying every contact in my eyes and was very rough putting them in and taking them out. In fact, she did such a bad job, one contact was lost in my eye and after digging around, she pulled it out ripping it in half and then dug around for the other half. It was sooooo painful. Finally, she did what I came for and I left. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Rude and doesn't listen, unprofessional, and not good at what she does. She asked me if I use tampons (at the eye doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and then lectured me about them. Crazy!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst dr experience i have ever had in my life. She and her office over-billed and held my prescription hostage until the bills are settled. When I reminded them that withholding patient record is against the rules of conduct of the board of optometry, her office ladies informed me that all of sudden that Dr. Levy was out of the country and my chart is missing. VERY SHADY PRACTICE. Bad reviews for her are all over the internet (see yelp)... i wish I had done my research before blindingly pick an OD off of ZOCDOC. Shame on you!

Dr. Levy is wonderful as is her team. She takes time with each patient and really gets to know you (which may cause her to run a little late from time to time). The staff is friendly and professional. I bought a new set of glasses and am getting old one fixed. Just wish she had a better selection of boatinig shades. Love Dr. Levy. She should come to my new successful women in Bisiness Luncheon series I will soon have. Stay tuned.

First of all, I want people to know that Dr. Levy's office is not close to my home, but I was recommended to her by a colleague and I am very grateful. Dr. Levy's examination is always thorough and she takes time to explain the results. Plus her prescriptions are always right on. Also, she is very easy to talk to. She takes time to make a patient feel comfortable and it is easy to see that she cares about the health of the patients. Her office personnel are professional and nice too and there is a minimum amount of time to wait to see Dr. Levy. I highly recommend Dr. Levy.

I really enjoyed my visit. I found the office warm and inviting and relaxed. It was a relaxed process executed with extreme efficiency but in relaxed and control way. I found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant and a perfect complement Dr. Levy who is always professional but also best and patient.

Dr. Levy is wonderful! She not only saw me promptly, but diagnosed the issue and provided a referral. She even called me at home that night to make sure I had connected with the other doctor. Dr. Levy then called the next day to find out how everything went. For these reasons and the quality of her care, I will continue to be her
patient for years to come.

I commend Dr. Levy on her ability and unlimited patience to fit me comfortably with soft contact lenses, no small feat given my dry eyes, sorong prescription, and severe astigmatism. I was afraid of trying to wear contact lenses again since my negative experience wearing gas permeable lenses over 20 years ago. In addition, Dr Levy and her staff are very courteous and welcoming. Appointment scheduling is easy and well-organized between patients so that my visit is minimal. and I have enough time with Dr. Levy to make sure I leave without any lingering questions.
