Patient reviews for Dr. Michele Reed
It was excellent. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The visit was good but there was a medical Assistant there who had an attitude that made me not want to make a follow up appointment.
The staff is very professional. They listen to your concerns and address them accordingly. Dr Reed has a wonderful bed side manner and tells you like it is. She made me feel very comfortable. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a Dr's office. I highly recommend going there for your medical needs.
Just wish they did a little more with office cleasiness. Hopefully they can get a bigger space one day and more supplies. Medical staff was great but idk if I'll come back. Front desk was ok, hard to talk when t.v. is right above our heads.
Left the office not knowing anymore than I knew bfre going and have been in the bed for 2days down and out. No work no appetite! Didn’t check my glands, I ddnt get on the table, no bloodwork done, throat culture or urine sample.
Welcoming, listened to my concerns and gave me referrals to specialists I will need to see. Very reassuring that I was taken good care of.
Both the doctor and her staff were very professional. They made arrangements for me to see other doctors for test that are needed. They did bloodwork in the office,so I didn’t have to go to a lab to get it done.
Fast, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend.
Over hour wait only to be seen for 10 min .
Dr. Reed and her staff are welcoming, helpful, and supportive. They each take their time with you. This type of warm treatment is uncommon to have at a doctor’s office. Thank you.
Excellent doctor. Easy to talk to. Asked the right questions. Overall, I had a good experience. HIGHLY recommend!
Great doctor she ask the right question
Dr. Reed and her staff were all professional, courteous and took care of me, almost right away -even though I was running late! Dr. Reed was very pleasant and personable, making my visit so comfortable. After searching for months and months for a great primary doctor that is smart and genuinely open about all health care concerns that I had, I have finally found the one. Thank you, Dr. Reed and team!
She is great but to make or change an appointment or even get tat results is like thing to get to see the wizard of Oz
She is a great doctor however the office staff is absolutely horrible. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get an appointment, no one EVER answers the phone. It’s a shame because she is so nice but because of this I had to switch doctors. It’s unacceptable to not be able to reach anyone in the office for weeks.
Very caring and easy to talk too, she has been my doctor for over 10 years
She’s amazing and always super helpful.
I was quite impressed with Dr Michele Reid. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable yet she was quite compassionate and approachable. I didn't feel rushed and had adequate time to address all my medical concerns. She appears to have strong work ethics and a passion for her profession. These are all the attributes that I look for in a good doctor.
It took 2hrs 39mins wait time before I was seen for a visit that took less than 15mins smh. She came late to the office and I felt I was. Being rushed out because she had to see other people. SMH
Endless waiting and you can never get them on phone for appointment or register complain. Very frustrating attention there is always issue with prescription to pharmacy. Either it is incomplete or one of them is missing.
Everything went well
I saw Dr. April and she was personable and kind. I would recommend her.
Unsastifacfory, she didn’t even look at one of my complaints and said i needed another appointment for her to treat something. I understand the difference in billing to insurance but to have a doctor blatantly telling me she is not looking at a concern of mine made me realize she doesn’t care about my well being as much as she does about getting paid
Dr. is INSENSITIVE! I'll never go back there.
It was my first office visit and it was an overall good visit. I look forward to returning and building a relationship with Dr. Michelle.
She was attentive and listened to my concerns.
Very unimpressed. Tiny waiting area. Nurse didn’t even know how to enter my medical history and kept making mistakes/repeating the same questions over and over. Doctor was only interested in promoting her way of thinking and wasn’t open to listening to the patients needs at all.
I've been going Dr. Reed for years. She's both professional and approachable. Usually there is a wait to see her, but this time I went in and was triage'd right-a-way. Even if you have a wait, you'll understand why when you see her. I never feel rushed. She listens to all of my concerns and addresses them.
Dr. Reed is very caring and thoughtful. Much appreciated.
The staff and Dr were great! Dr Reed listened to me and took her time. Did not rush out like other Doctors seem to do.
Great visit, great doctor, great staff!
Dr. Reed was professional, personable, helpful and funny! haha Her assistant Barry was also really friendly, took blood with no issues or pain, and was a great listener.
Dr. Reed was very comforting and down to earth. She made me feel at ease.
Impersonal. Didn't feel too welcomed. Was referred to three different doctors to discuss what I was there for. The hunt for a new primary sadly continues.
I finally found a doctor that is interested in my over all mental and physical health. She actually takes the time to listen and not just rush me out.
The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Reed was concerned about my emotional and physical health and made recommendations that would help me. She also explained all the tests that were being done today and the next steps forward. I even left the office with a summary of my visit which I never experienced before.
I always have a great experience at this office
I am very pleased with the approach and mannerism of Dr. Reed and the doctors on her staff, because their pleasant personality helps me to be more relaxed during my visit. They exercise great CPR (courtesy, professionalim and reapect.) She has a wonderful office staff also.
Very inspiring. I left out of the office thinking "I'm the star of my show" and with a plan on getting fit and healthy! Also the assistant Latoya was awesome, very caring and compassionate! The receptionist let me borrow her phone charger! I'll definitely be back!
Not sure what happened but I waited forever to see the doctor. Dr Reed did apologize and said it was some sort of schedule conflict that normally doesnt happen. I only went for test results so the appointment itself was quick and easy.
She was very professional, courteous and informative. Looking forward to seeing her for my follow up.
Dr. Reed was very helpful in explaining my lab results, and how to best go about staying healthy with excellent lifestyle and behavior choices that will optimize my health.
This is the first dr that I feel totally safe with. She is so caring and friendly. She takes the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. She makes you feel like you are sitting with a friend which I find to be wonderful. I began seeing her a few years ago, and after my first visit I took my daughters to her, and told my sister about her, she sees her now also.
Dr Reed is really inspiring! Every visit is more than a check up, it is a lesson in healthy living and I leave every time having learnt something more and feeling motivated!
Always professional and all of the doctors take their time with you.
She is a very good doctor with a lot of knowledge.
Dr. Reed is very personable and warm however her wait time needs to be improved. Her doctor assistant Barry is amazing and so patient.
A young doctor with good knowledge and very professional. I am happy that I found a good doctor.
