Dr. Arevalo and her nurse practitioners were lovely to see on my recent visit. I went to the office for an annual check up but had a few questions to address with Dr. Arevalo about upcoming care steps I would require. I fully anticipated to have to schedule a follow up visit to get everything I needed done but Dr. Arevalo had the time and was able to address all my concerns within one appointment and I never felt rushed with all my questions.
The only minor downside was my wait time between check in and being brought to a patient room was 22 minutes but they were super efficient once I was brought back to see the doctor. The patient rooms included light switch buttons to signal to the doctor and nurse that I was ready. They came in almost immediately once I pressed the switch so I really appreciated that process.

Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. There are many small touches that make this office nice - like their bathroom attached to the lab (no carrying your UA sample around), light switches to notify the doctor when you're ready, etc.

I was so happy to locate a Female Doctor who also accepted my insurance. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind and patient. Even though there was a semi-full lobby, the Front desk Clerk was calm and competent!
The Medical Assistant was very kind and listened to my quirky banter! She was really great! (Sorry, I asked her name, but now don't recall it).
Dr. Arevelo was outstanding! She was extremely thorough in informing me both before and during the exam. The professionalism exhibited by both her and her staff was so appreciated.
Also---really glad that the office is on the first floor!! LOL

The doctor was nice and had great communication however it went by pretty quickly so I did feel like just another new patient for her. The staff was not pleasant, Valerie walked me to the room but was walking so fast and not interacting with me during that time. I was not be able to understand her and anytime I would ask her to repeat herself she would get an attitude. She also cussed in the room while I was in there because their system wasn’t working so I had to resubmit my information. I understand it’s frustrating but that’s unprofessional specially right in front of the patient. Like I said the doctor was nice but I wouldn’t considered coming back due to the lack of hospitality from the staff and how quick the appointment went compared to the amount of time I waited in the waiting room.
