I had a standard annual exam done & it was my first time booking with this office & NP Lugo. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in & the staff is friendly. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being brought to the back. I was in fact still finishing up the paperwork that’s how prompt they were. Michelle is very kind, made me feel comfortable & listened to all of my concerns. She was great with immediately creating a care plan for me to follow. It was truly a great first time experience.

As someone coming into this appointment with an anxiety disorder. I think this is one of the worst doctors I have ever had. The nurse and receptionists are so sweet so shout out to them! I came in for cramping/just routine testing. I had the doctor tell me that pcos and stds can’t cause cramping which is not true. Most stds don’t cause symptoms but they actually can pcos can as well. This doctor even questioned my pcos diagnoses which I’ve been diagnosed since I was 14( classic symptoms; extra hair, weight gain, hormone tests being off etc) and when I said my mom had it she said well she had you so…it was so hard for my mom to have me and she used a bunch of fertility drugs it took her years to conceive me.I always thought healthcare in america was bogus but this simply defines it. As someone who likes to get routinely tested forhealth,safety as well as to clear my anxiety ridden mind that should be great! Most people don’t even get tested at all. This experience was just invalidating.

I have mixed feelings on this provider. I do feel like I was not listened to and was prescribed a medication prematurely without actual screening. I left feeling unheard and not given the resources necessary to make the dramatic lifestyle changes in which the provider was requesting.
That being said, I may go back to give her a second chance and to see if working with her on my health. I do like her as a person and think she is very kind. She also spent a significant amount of time with me in the office so I did not feel rushed at all.

Michelle was friendly and willing to spend time with me to hear my concerns, which I appreciated a lot! However, in this experience it seemed that she had some biases that should have been checked at the door, especially as they are relevant to my treatment.
The office itself was clean and efficient and they had lab technicians there for blood draws, eliminating the need to make a separate trip for blood draws.

I was really impressed with this Dr. I'm so glad I found a great Dr. For my primary care Dr, she spent time w with me asking and answering questions J had. I had blood draw and they called me right away with the results.! All the staff was so nice and friendly. The office was busy which shows what a great Dr. This is but even though they were busy they were very attentive and so helpful. Thank you everyone in the office for making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Just had my first visit with Michelle Lugo RNP, at Onpoint Internal Medicine at Harvard. The office staff was pleasant and professional. Was seen on time and Leanne, the medical assistant, was helpful at reducing first time visit concerns. She introduced herself and was very pleasant and professional.
Michelle was prompt, attentive and easy to talk to.
It appears that I have found my Colorado primary care provider.

Would not recommend. Upon meeting Michelle, she questioned mask wearing and told me she needed me to pull my mask down in order to 'meet me/treat me'. This was off-putting and a red flag. In our 1-on-1, she then grilled me again about mask wearing which was very uncomfortable. She then told me medication is necessary because "it could get worse", and I was only there for an annual visit. I never asked for medication and if I were to, it would not be with her. I honestly don't know if she was having an off day since she has glowing reviews, but I will not be seeing her again. I felt disrespected and unheard and frankly aint' nobody got time for that.

Nurse Lugo is bomb. She definitely eased my worries and aided me the best way possible. I look forward to my 6 month visit and more medical advise and care in the future.
