Every employee I interacted with at Women’s Care was so nice and welcoming. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room before being called in, the appointment itself was very quick but still felt thorough. I had my yearly check up, got prescribed more birth control and got STD testing. They tested for more than my last OBGYN would and the doctor ensured to prescribe the same birth control pill I’ve been taking to help with acne (I moved here so am no longer going to my old doctor.) This was probably the best doctors appointment I have ever had, I felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time and I only saw female employees which really felt nice (at a woman’s care office). I honestly couldn’t recommend this office more, I never write reviews but wanted to share the positive experience

Wonderful staff and provider! All of my concerns were addressed to ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. She truly gave me a safe space and I could not be more appreciative. All information was communicated appropriately and at a level that I could understand. I loved that she took the time to answer all questions and even offer to answer anything else, that truly is a rare experience with the fast paced nature of healthcare! Could not recommend this provider and practice more.

Feels good to finally prioritize my healthcare after years of single motherhood & all the “Kids first!” priorities. It’s something MANY of us do but they get it! Office staff & nurse made me feel comfortable although I have “white coat anxiety” big time, & as sexual abuse survivor, Michelle understood the PTSD of “being vulnerable” I was feeling during the exam process. She’s really a cool gal & I’m appreciative for the “female support” clinic culture. Taking care of myself just got 100% easier & it’s about time! Recommended to me by a friend, & now I do the same!

Friendly provider and office staff. The provider listened to my concern and treated me appropriately. Clinical staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Front office staff were friendly and efficient. This was my first visit to this practice and I plan to use them for all my GYN needs.

I was very excited to see an NP. Based on prior experience they are great listeners, have great bedside manners, ask questions to get to know your needs and wellbeing and offer you time.
Unfortunately Michelle was non of the above. She came in very rushed, short manner and presumptive. After waiting for an hour, there was no acknowledgment of her tardiness. She had not read my files and kept asking the wrong questions. Ultimately I left with the agreement she will send in two prescriptions. Days later I still have not received noticed of the prescriptions. Now I have to call to find out what’s going on. I did not feel cared for! Not a physician I care to see again.

Amazing!! I have a lot of anxiety when getting pap smears. I always end up passing out. When I told the staff they were so sweet and kind about it and did not judge me at all. They provided me with juice and snacks. It felt like a very safe space.

Great office, all staff are compassionate and helpful. I am new to the area, this is the best, most comfortable OB-GYN I have ever been to. They take their time, excellent bedside manner, explain everything you have questions on. Very highly recommended.
