This place is a well-oiled machine. I was taken back, put through all the tests and then seen by the doctor. She took her time listening to me and explaining everything in great detail. She was fun and also professional. Only issue was the wait time, which was overshadowed by the excellent care I received. Highly recommend.

My doctor was clear, direct about my eye evaluation and any problems I may have. She gave me options for medications that were needed and listened to my questions and concerns.

Dr. Phan is very friendly and knowledgeable. She takes time to make you feel comfortable and answers all of your questions. She also provides information on options and why a treatment might be best for you. The technicians are also very welcoming and patient when I had my first contact lens practice session! Although it is tough to schedule an appointment since you need to book way in advance, it is well worth it!

Great office staff! Friendly and professional...and courteous! Very thoughtful when booking an appointment to see a specialist. Dr. Phan was very informative and thorough. She explained everything and was very diligent in performing the test for my eyes. She listened and was patient as I explained my situation. I didn't feel rushed like at some other doctor office. Madison Eyes and Dr Phan are wonderful. We've been going there for 16 years and have always had a positive experience.
Zocdoc however is horrendous. Please dump this intrusive, over reaching, frustrating application. We have too many medical provider portals to deal with already. I don't need another company trying to become the center of all my medical activity. Please use a solution that silos your business and limits it's involvement to only what is necessary for Madison Eyes.

Good experience. The clerk forgot to give me my prescription for my glasses. I had to call when I got home to have it mailed to me. I had to ask to get contacts which was the reason why I went today. Otherwise everything was fine.

I was somewhat apprehensive about seeing a new (to me) doc at Madison Eyes after many years seeing Dr. Naftali. However my fears were unfounded. Dr. Fan is knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant, and quite thorough. She addressed all my concerns. I recommend her unreservedly.

This was a very smooth experience. The only hiccup (if you really want to call it that at all!) Was the online paperwork didn't have enough space to type in all my answers, but the technician (I had John) was very very helpful and went over the questions I couldn't fit in the answers too.
Furthermore, I've never never had such ATTENTIVE staff help me pick out my glasses and warn me in ADVANCE what would and wouldn't work for my particular lenses and eye centers. The woman who I unfortunately forgot her name (the only reason I remember the tech's have is because my son has the same name)., She was patient, gave honest feedback about what long good, and was very kind to help me find what would work with my lenses AND head size.
If that wasn't great enough, the Dr who saw me is the first doctor in a decade to recommend contacts with astigmatism correction.
Truly great staff, so glad we moved here!!
