Dr. Michelle Quinn graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2014, after completing her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Internships completed at Ohio State include Binocular Vision & Pediatrics, Low Vision, Cornea & Contact Lens, Ocular Disease, and Community Outreach. Her externship experience includes primary care private practice at Five Points Eyecare in Athens, Georgia; and at the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia.
While not a native Floridian, Dr. Quinn has quickly taken to Tampa Bay’s fabulous climate and is able to enjoy a wide array of hobbies including wakeboarding, kiteboarding, horseback riding, running, mountain biking, disc golf, crossfit, and racing cars. Dr. Quinn is a member of the Sports Car Club of America, and is a 7-time National Champion in her division.
One of Dr. Quinn’s favorite areas of eye care is Corneal Reshaping Therapy (CRT). She began fitting CRT lenses while in optometry school, and has continued to gain experience throughout her externships and career. Fitting patients with CRT lenses helps them achieve 20/20 vision or better without the need for corrective eyewear during the day.
