I just visited with Dr. Santoyo for the first time - the wait wasn't too bad, and was definitely worth it. Dr. Santoyo has a calming bedside manner, while at the same time being very thorough and informative. Would recommend.

Dr. Michelle Santoyo is a full-time, Board Certified attending physician practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. She attended medical school at Albert Einstein School of Medicine, graduating in 2007. She completed her residency training and chief residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in 2011.
Dr. Santoyo was honored to represent the junior fellow division of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She served as ACOG district chair for the region during her 2nd and 3rd years of residency.
In 2011, she presented a clinical research study at the Cohen Lectureship, entitled: “Does obesity increase the rate of cesarean delivery?” The study was completed during her senior year of residency and was presented along with other research papers by the graduating chief residents from NSUH-LIJ departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She joined Great Neck Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2011, a group specializing in all aspects of women's health care, offering a comprehensive range of gynecologic, obstetrical, radiologic and aesthetic services to suit women's growing health care needs.
Michelle Santoyo, MDDuring her residency she obtained specialized training in advanced minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, single incision surgery and operative hysteroscopic procedures. She enjoys working with adolescent and pediatric populations, emphasizing various preventative health care strategies in a comfortable and secure setting. Dr. Santoyo is a very caring and supportive physician. She has developed superior surgical skills and obstetrical expertise, delivering professional and compassionate care to her patients.
