The office overall lacks communication & professionalism. First appointment, my medications were sent under another patients name. I reached out to the office informing them of that error & to send me my referral for an ultrasound, requested for it to be emailed - as per the front desk she said she’ll need confirmation from the physician before sending & we’ll contact me within 20 minutes. NEVER received that call. Called the following day to follow up couldn’t get through to the office. So I scheduled a follow up for the next Saturday availability due to my work schedule, received confirmation texts and reminders for an 11am appointment. I arrived at 10:35 rang the bell , no answer, called the office again no answer - no one was in office. Office was closed with no communication. I waited until 11:15am. No one ever showed.

It was horrible I definitely would not be going back. My appointment was booked for 3/8 for 2pm I arrived at 1:45. I was waiting outside ringing the buzzer and calling the office for 45 minutes. It was a waste of time I called the office 10 times no answer. Still no call back and it’s 5pm very unprofessional.

I had a 10/10 experience! Dra Tamarez was very professional and friendly. This was my first ever pap smear, so I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel comfortable during the process! Everything was quick, simple, and straightforward. I was seen immediately upon arrival, and was out in 30mins.
Everyone I interacted with was lovely, and treated me with great care. Definitely recommend!!
