My 1st time meeting her was a pleasant one. I asked her is she can be my Primary physician because she listen to me. She took time to hear my concerns. She advised me appropriately and was genuinely concerned for my well being and toward getting back to healthy.

Firstly, the receptionist was rude. I went in for an STD screening and when Dr. Tang asked if it was routine or if I had symptoms she interrupted me as I was answering. She told me that 2-3 weeks was too soon after exposure to get an accurate read, but we can do it anyway. When I asked how long after exposure I should wait she responded “To be honest, I don’t really know. I think maybe a week?” I didn’t feel confident that she was knowledgeable enough to truly help me and not make me feel uncomfortable, and the information she gave me contradicted with what she had said a few seconds before. Her tone throughout our very brief interaction was as if she really just wanted to get out of the room and away from me.

Dr. Tang was great and very helpful! However I waited for over an hour past the start of my appointment, which was just a 10 minute consultation.

The experience with Dr. Tang and her office staff was an absolute nightmare. First, I had to wait no less than an hour on a Saturday even with an appointment. The front desk showed no concern for this. I was coming in for a blood test. Dr. Tang had the blood test worker, come in, she showed me the paperwork, and I realized she was testing me for the wrong blood test. I corrected her, Dr. Tang came back in and apologized, and I thought I was being tested for the right thing. Additionally, she tested me for a common illness. Sure enough, 3 weeks pass and I hear no word from the office. I finally call, and am told that I tested negative - for the wrong blood test which I thought they had corrected. I was then told my the front office worker that since it had been more than a week, they would not. I had no idea how long the results would take to come in, apparently they had only taken 2 days, but I was never contacted. I called all day long to get in touch with the doctor and was told she was busy all day, again, by the extremely rude front desk. Finally I get in touch with Dr. Tang, she apologizes, and also said I tested positive for the common illness. Again, this was now out of my system after 3 weeks, so I essentially paid for a test that I tested positive on, heard nothing about it, and so I essentially got charged for a test without being notified about treatment. I had to come in again and get ANOTHER blood test for the initial problem, and again, I had to call multiple times for a result. I'm not sure if testing for the wrong test/dealing with rude receptionists/waiting absurd amounts of times/having issues with billing departments all at once is common here, but I would NEVER recommend this office or this doctor.

It was surprising!! GREAT!! Was greeted w/ pleasantness. Office was clean. The staff was very nice. Not my usual doctors office experience. Atmosphere calm, soothing. Dr. Tang was really nice. Very helpful - wonderful bedside manner. Her advice for my situation was spot on. I really liked her. The entire visit was seamless. Was seen in about 10 min.
