I was amazed by the care Dr. Zaki provided. Although she will not be able to continue my primary care due to Carbon Health no longer providing primary care, I am thankful I got to meet with her. She was thorough, kind, patient, gentle, and caring about the care that I could get in the future, sending me home with much needed referrals and making sure I knew that I can find competent care nearby.

I was a new patient and took some previous reports and medical history. Dr. Zaki looked at them before I saw her and we had a great conversation. I'm so glad I found a caring doctor that is very knowledgeable . in the Temescal Valley. I would highly recommend her.

I arrived about 20 minutes early for my new patient visit. I hadn't seen a Primary Care Physician in quite a while. Upon arrival there were only a couple of people waiting. I was addressed and since I was a bit early, I understood that they had to check someone else in first.
I only had to wait a few moments until they were able to check me in. Since I had already input my information on their app ahead of time, the check-in process was very quick and easy.
Only another few minutes passed when I was called back. The staff was all very friendly and personable. Dr. Zaki was also very thorough and kind. She answered all my questions, was very polite, and made me feel like I was talking to a friend.

I was helped right away to check in. The wait to be led back to the room was very short. Everyone I interacted with communicated clearly with me and they were all very friendly. The doctor addressed my concerns and checked to see if I had any others. She also provided me with some referrals for other concerns I had that were not related to my visit.

I absolutely would recommend this office / doctor to anyone looking for a fast friendly and attentive practice, MY appointment was at 11 and I was in and out by 11:30. Waited maybe 5 minutes if that, and was greeted by the cheery front desk girl! Waited no time at all for the doctor to see me after the nurse had come in which is amazing because we all know how that goes. Got up to date on vaccines and got all my bloodwork done which can be accessed through the app once the results are in. All in all 10/10 would recommend

I had a great experience at my first appointment. Alexis was at the front desk and was super informative and helpful in setting me up for my appointment. I also called from the parking lot to make sure that I was in the right area and she was quick to answer the phone and help guide me to the location. Jesse was the medical assistant that helped draw my blood and take my vitals. She made me feel very comfortable while taking my blood and I could tell she know what she was doing. Dr
